Three invented schools, switched live — name, logo and colours, with nothing rebuilt and nothing reloaded. Everything inside is made up and it saves nothing, so refreshing puts it all back.

  1. Tap I'm a student, close the welcome card, then book a lesson — a length, a day, a time, a pickup. You'll see "request sent".
  2. Hit Switch in the yellow bar, open Requests — it's carrying a badge now — and tap Accept.
  3. Switch back. The lesson is confirmed and the hours remaining have gone down on their own.

What it costs

You pay once. There is no monthly anything.

The going rate for instructor software is £15–26 a month, which is £180–£310 a year, every year, for as long as you're teaching. This is a one-off.

More than one instructor?

Teamfrom £995 2–4 instructors. Separate apps at a bundle price — one each, own diary, own pupils. There is no shared school-wide diary. For a lot of small schools that's fine; it needs saying out loud first.
Schoolfrom £1,995 5–10 instructors. Needs work that isn't built yet, so it starts with a conversation about what you actually run.

Add-ons, if you want them

Take payments£155 Pupils pay for a block of hours in the app. The money goes straight into your account — it never touches ours. Direct Debit alongside cards: on a £750 block, Direct Debit costs you £4.00 against £11.45 on a card.
Text reminders£115 Reminders by text as well as email. You open your own account with the text provider and buy your own credits, so there's no bill from us and no markup. A thirty-pupil diary is about £10–16 a month, on your bill.

Neither is in the standard build. Both are extra work, priced once, and never a subscription.

What it costs you to run: about £12 a year for your domain. That's the whole list. Nothing to us, ever. Not hosting, not per-pupil, not a support plan.

We take on two new instructors a month. That's the limit. Setting one of these up properly takes real hours, and every one of them is a business that has to keep running on a Monday morning. We'd rather answer your email the same day for the next five years than sign up forty of you and be no use to any of you.

Opens on where you're going nextThe lesson, the pickup address, and a directions link straight to it.

Your pupils, and your money

Prepaid hours come off by themselvesAs lessons are confirmed and taught. Nobody does sums at the side of the road.
A Paid / Unpaid pill you tapAnd a running count of how many are still to pay for — so you know who owes you without your bank statement.
Low balances flag redTwo hours or fewer and the pupil turns red on the list — so the top-up conversation happens early, not two weeks before their test.
Lesson notes that stay yoursType them after a lesson. Pupils see them only if you switch that on.

What your pupils get

They only ever see times that workNothing that clashes, nothing too short notice, nothing too far ahead. A pupil never books straight into your diary.
The slot holds while you decideNobody else can take it. If you don't answer it lets go on its own — and you set how long that is.
They cancel themselves — outside your windowInside it they get your number and are told to ring you. Your rule, applied consistently, without you being the bad guy.
Their data, handled properlyDownload everything held on them, and marketing they can switch off kept separate from the lesson messages they can't.

Yours to change, yours to run

Nearly every rule is on one Settings screenCancellation window, how long a request holds, notice period, how far ahead they can book, when reminders go. Change it, save it, live.
Installs from a link, not an app storeOnto your home screen with your logo on it, iPhone or Android. No review queue, no 30% cut, and a fix can go out the afternoon it's found.
Two kinds of message, kept apartLesson confirmations and reminders always go. "Got a gap next week?" goes only to pupils who ticked the box — which is the law, and most instructors are quietly the wrong side of it.
A copy of everything, every nightYour diary and pupil list, to your own Drive or your own inbox. A plain file, in a place we have no access to.

And the part that isn't a feature.

Every other instructor app rents you a room in someone else's building. Your pupils live in their database, filed next to a thousand other schools. If they put the price up, you pay it. This isn't that.
